I think the government wants families to have more children because when you do it is much harder to rebel, to question, to refuse what Government may have to offer in the future - a future looking very dystopian. Shortage of food and energy can be born by adults but is terrifying when you are caring for small ones. You will tend to accept any "solution", making complete control by authority easy.
I don't think that's the intention of this specific group. I think it truly wants to perpetuate America with Americans. The problem is there are too many elements out of their control and therefore it is much better that the federal government not be involved in any of this. This admin is the same one that advised people to get their own backyard chickens and wants to get rid of regulations, both steps that would empower people and lessen their dependence on the international supply chain.
The only ones able to have kids are the unvaccinated and illegals that didn't have to be forced to take the injections or the rest of the clown proactive healthcare shenanigans that destroys peoples health for the Rest of their lives. And I imagine the illegals outnumber the American Unvaccinated by multiples... so they've just imported the next slave generations if the TAX situation isn't brought to Account.
